DHD RETURNS POLICY
Place your order with confidence and no risk!
At DHD Surf we are committed to making your sure you are not only satisfied but stoked with your online experience. If you are unhappy with the merchandise you received from us, simply follow the returns process below in the specified time and we will happily exchange or refund your return. We will also ship your exchange at no extra charge!
– Returned Surfboards must be returned unridden, within one month of date of purchase.
– Custom surfboards must be returned unridden within one month of date received.
– All other items must be returned unused within one month of date of purchase.
– Refunds are not valid on any sale or discounted items.
If you wish to return your product please complete the returns process below:
1: Complete the Exchange and Returns section at the bottom of your invoice & enclose this with your merchandise. Make sure you complete all fields for prompt turnaround.
2: Pack the product or products you wish to return in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging and enclosed in a secure satchel, as we cannot accept damaged products.

4: Visit your local Post Office and send your package. We recommend that post with insured and registered post for peace of mind, as DHD Surf is not liable for lost return parcels.
5: Once DHD Surf receives your parcel we will inspect and process your return or exchange. To ensure your piece of mind, you will be emailed confirming the status of your exchange or return within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
6: As previously stated we will cover the cost of shipping your new parcel.
If your surfboard arrives damaged, after ten years of delivering surfboards around the globe this is a rare occurrence. However if this is the case please contact DHD Surf using our CONTACT form, to work out the best solution for your satisfaction.
In all cases of damaged surfboard on arrival you will be granted a complete exchange if desired with no extra freight charges.
Faulty Or Damaged Returns Not Including Surfboards
If you receive a faulty product other than a surfboard that you would like repaired, please follow the returns process above.
Please enclose your original invoice, contact DHD Surf using our CONTACT form, if you need a new copy of the invoice.
Once we have received your faulty item, we will inspect and return your item to the manufacturer, who will issue a refund, exchange or repair the item.
Please allow two weeks for the repair, refund or exchange of a faulty item as in some cases the manufacturer will need to inspect the item. We will keep you informed via email throughout the process.
If your item is deemed faulty we will reimburse the return postage up to a total of $15.00.
This includes posting; packaging is at an additional cost to you.
Returns Terms & Conditions
DHD Surf returns department operates Monday to Friday, once we receive your order it will be processed and you will be informed within 24 hours.
DHD Surf cannot except any COD deliveries
We cannot exchange or refund any item that has been ridden or used.
