Portugal Wrap-Up – Tough Conditions, Solid Results

Hey crew,

Portugal’s always a tricky one—it can deliver perfection, or it can make you work for every single score. This time around, the storm front had the upper hand, and Supertubos wasn’t exactly playing nice. Four lay days left everyone waiting, and when the contest finally ran, it was all about making the most of what was on offer.

Despite the tough conditions, the team put in a solid showing. Joel Vaughan and Liam O’Brien bowed out in the Round of 16, while Molly Picklum and Ethan Ewing dug deep to claim 3rd place finishes. Not the dream conditions, but still plenty to take away as we move on to the next stop.

On to the next one.

Cheers,
Darren Handley
