DHD RETURNS POLICY
At DHD Surf we are committed to making sure you are not only satisfied, but stoked with your online experience. If you are unhappy with the merchandise you received from us, simply follow the returns process below, in the specified timeframe and we will happily exchange or refund your item.
Returns Process (Surfboards)

Returns Process (Excluding Surfboards)
If you wish to return your product please complete the returns process below:1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call +61 7 5669 2361 to notify us of your return.
2. Pack the product/s you wish to return in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging and enclosed in a secure satchel, as we cannot accept damaged products.
3. Address your package to:

4. We recommend that you send by registered post for peace of mind, as DHD Surf is not liable for lost return parcels.
5. Once DHD Surf receives your parcel we will inspect and process your return or exchange. We will email confirmation of the status within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
- Returned Surfboards must be returned unridden, in original condition (ie: no grip, wax, etc), within one month from date of purchase.
- There are no returns for custom surfboard orders unless the product is faulty.
- All other items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, within one month from date of purchase.
- Refunds or exchanges are not valid on any sale or discounted items.
