What makes this board so good is the combination of the flatter rocker and less front foot concave than the DNA.
With a wider nose and super squash tail, it glides from section to section and is controlled throughout turns. the fins are clustered together more like a twin. This board has speed and moves a lot of water. It creates less drift giving it maximum power from turn to turn.
Concave's are used to channel the direction of the water flow under the surfboard towards the fins. They also allow air to get under the surfboard when you are surfing and will increase both its sensitivity and speed.
