When will my order ship?

• If in stock, orders are shipped within 48 hours - We will contact you if the item is not in available.

How long do custom ordered boards take to be manufactured?

• 4 - 6 weeks

How much does freight cost?

• Freight is calculated at checkout.
• Some surcharges may apply on large items into regional or country areas. We will contact you in this case. 

How long does delivery usually take?

• 2-7 working days depending on location. (Out of the way, regional areas will take longer).

I don’t live in Australia, do you ship to my country?

• We do ship internationally, but it can be expensive. Please contact us before ordering, so we can provide a quote. Often it is cheaper to send in bulk, so get five mates together order five boards and split the cost.

Delivery

All Australian DHD Surfboard sales are shipped by ‘Direct Freight Express’ - transit times vary depending on location, but is usually within 2 - 7 working days.

International orders are shipped via courier, with an estimated shipping time of 7-10 working days.

Apparel and Accessories are shipped via ‘Australia Post’ with a shipping time of 3-10 working days.

The delivery times provided are estimates only. DHDSURF.COM will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. DHDSURF.COM will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

Shipping Policy

If you purchase any of our accessories or stock surfboards through our online store, they will be shipped within 48 hours or the next business day in the case of weekend orders.

Any custom orders will be shipped within 4-6 weeks depending on factory production times. If you have a timing concern with your custom order, please contact us before ordering.

Feel free to contact us for a more specific delivery date or any other questions you may have.

Great care is taken by the team at DHD to package your surfboard and other items, to make sure that they arrive without sustaining any damage in transit. If your surfboard arrives damaged however, document the damages and notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package and we will work out the best solution for you.
