How we handle reviews

Reviews on our site come from customers. We publish genuine reviews, good or bad, and we don’t edit them. We don’t pay for reviews or offer anything in return for them.

A verified badge means we matched the review to a DHD order.

We may feature reviews, with the reviewer’s display name, in our emails and social posts.

We only remove a review if it’s fake, offensive, unrelated to the product, or includes someone’s private details. See a problem with a review? Email admin@dhdsurf.com.
