Before You Order

Lead Time

Custom boards are built to order. Allow 3-4 weeks for manufacturing.

Sprays & Artwork

Custom sprays and artwork will extend production time beyond the standard lead time.

Shipping

Allow 5–10 working days for shipping once your board is complete.

Changes

You have 24 hours after confirmation to make changes. Contact our sales team before ordering if you need help.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a custom order take?

Custom boards are built to order and typically take 4–5 weeks to manufacture. Once complete, allow 5–10 working days for shipping.

What happens if I leave dimensions as "As Per Model"?

Your board will be built to the standard dimensions for that model. This is a great option if you're happy with the stock sizing or aren't sure what to change.

Can I add custom colour or artwork?

Yes. In Step 5 you can choose a spray option and upload reference images or artwork files. Our team will review your artwork after the order is placed.

Can I make changes after I order?

You have 24 hours from the time your order is confirmed to request any changes. Contact our sales team as early as possible.

How do I choose the right model?

Do custom sprays affect production time?

Yes. Any custom spray, tint, or artwork will add additional time to the standard manufacturing lead time.
