Mick and Darren talk about the two boards that were the catalyst for the 2007 world title.

When Mick was 26 he couldn’t get enough boards, always searching for the perfect one. Mick remembers riding the board for the first time and how it felt incredible. He still looks at the way the tail was shaped perfectly.

At this time Taj was in second on the tour, and Mick won the title but still had to surf a heat against Joel where they celebrated together in the water. Mick reminisces on the next level celebration after winning his first world title.
