Construction
Designed with a subtle texture on the top half of the fin to reduce friction, the innovation behind this fin is unmatched.
By reducing the size of the centre fin, we have minimised drag and increased overall speed of this reliable all-rounder. This also allows the surfer to overpower the fin when executing dynamic turns, and release quickly out of long rail to rail carving.
DHD’s template is ideal for controlled, power turns in critical sections. The gloss inside face enhances water flow during negative angles of attack and is suited to most performance short boards.
Performance Core
Performance Core (PC) fins are made using a multi-layered resin transfer molding process. The flex pattern in PC fins extends progressively from the base through to the tip, helping the surfer to maintain drive and hold through a turn. This versatile fin material is light, and can be used in a variety of different conditions.
